    The materials of the “Japan Growth Strategy Council” (1st meeting), in which Prof. Matsuo will participate as an expert member, are now available.

    The “Japan Growth Strategy Council” (1st meeting) was held at the Prime Minister’s Office, and Prof. Matsuo participated as an expert member.

    The Japan Growth Strategy Council is a council that “promotes proactive strategic investment in public-private partnerships to address risks and social issues, and to provide products, services, and infrastructure that contribute to solving common global problems, in order to achieve further growth of Japan’s economy. AI and semiconductors” is listed at the top of the 17 strategic areas, and active investment in AI is expected.
